Vicidial - Chat

Vicidial has an awesome chat module. Agents can chat internally, to a supervisor or even answer customer chats.






3 easy steps are needed to enable INTERNAL CHAT for Vicidial agents.

1 - Enable chat in Admin-> System Settings



2 - Enable Chat for The Agent


3 - Enable Access for Usergroup

    You can find chat Log in Report --> Admin Utilities --> Agent-Manager Chat Log
